“My wife and I are so grateful we found Fagone Plumbing! We have called Nick two times in the past 6 months with emergencies (one air conditioning; another heating) and he has come to our rescue both times. This past summer one of our ac units finally kicked the bucket (of course, on a steamy hot day) and Nick was able to replace the unit and air handler so we were up in running in a couple of days. He was also willing to get us some window units for the two days we were without ac but we had some of our own. Then today, we noticed water coming from our furnace. My wife called Nick and he was at our house within 45 minutes. At first, it looked like the furnace cracked and needed to be replaced...we were all set to pay Nick a significant amount of money to replace the furnace but after about another 15 minutes of investigating, Nick discovered that the problem could be solved a lot cheaper and quickly. He had it fixed within 30 minutes. I want to highlight that he could have just stuck with the initial plan of replacing the furnace and made a lot more money but he didn’t. I am so appreciative of his knowledge, skill and integrity!”
